• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, stats, business administration or related field.
• Masters in Tax or Accounting is a plus for fast-track progression.
• CPA eligible or CPA license preferred; EA considered a plus.
• 3–4 years of solid tax prep and review experience in a local firm.
• Proficiency with tax software programs and changing tax laws.

Responsabilidades

• Prep and review tax returns for various entities and VIP clients.
• Enter data into tax preparation software (CCH, Pro System, Ultra Tax).
• Ensure federal regulations and firm guidelines are met.
• Collaborate with partners on special cases and IRS resolutions when needed.
• Support ongoing tax planning and client service across entities.
