They are expanding their team and seeking a Tax Big 4 Associate to transition to an Underwriting position to support a growing portfolio.

As a Tax Underwriter, you will assess and advise on tax risk policies for a range of transactions, working closely with carriers, legal professionals, and clients to structure tailored insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Assess tax risks associated with M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and other financial arrangements
• Conduct in-depth analysis of tax opinions, legal documentation, and financial statements to evaluate risk exposure
• Collaborate with brokers, legal counsel, and internal teams to structure and price tax liability insurance policies
• Monitor market trends, legislative changes, and case law developments to ensure informed underwriting decisions
• Assist in negotiating policy terms and conditions with brokers and clients
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms, tax advisors, and insurers
