Jobot is seeking a Senior Associate to own engagements, lead client relationships, and help develop the next generation of our team. You'll work closely with managers and partners across industries, gaining exposure to a wide range of engagements and contributing to firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Several years of public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from planning through completion, keeping work on schedule and on budget.
• Prepare and review financial statements, workpapers, and tax returns.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and build lasting relationships.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns.
• Research technical accounting and tax issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients.
