Distinct | North America is seeking a Senior Tax Associate in a hybrid Florida role, offering $110k to $130k depending on experience, with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home. You'll prepare and review tax returns for small business owners and individuals, advise clients, and participate in broader accounting work, with a path to Tax Manager and potential partnership.

Senior Tax Associate | Hybrid | $110k to $130k

3 days in office, 2 days work from home

No Fridays unless it's tax season, you could have 7 - 9 weeks off a year, and the chance to step straight into a Tax Manager position.

They're looking for someone with 3+ years of Public Accounting experience who's technically strong, efficient and happy to get stuck in. CPA or EA preferred, but not essential.

You’ll receive $90k to $110k+ depending on your experience, hybrid working with ideally three days in the office and plenty of flexibility around your hours.

There's even potential for Partnership further down the line, if that's something you're interested in.
