Job summary

100X Recruiting is helping an Atlanta CPA firm find a senior tax professional who can run engagements and prepare returns. You'll handle a mix of individual, fiduciary, partnership and corporate returns while guiding and developing the staff around you.

The role blends technical tax work with leadership: direct staff, set engagement budgets, monitor quality, and contribute to practice growth. You’ll coach juniors, keep engagements on time and on budget, and stay current through CPE in a

Qualifications

• Active CPA or on track to earn it.
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters UltraTax and Accounting CS preferred.
• Calm, steady work under deadline pressure.
• Strong organization and the ability to lead others.
