Who You Are

• You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• You possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• You are passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them in tax preparation.
• You have excellent customer service skills and are comfortable interacting via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection meeting Intuit Security standards.
• Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week, spread over three or more days.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role using our video communication software, with documentation of interactions for accurate records.
