Carolina PRG is partnering with a rapidly growing North American organization to identify a Senior Tax Analyst who will make an immediate impact on their tax team. This individual will play a key role in supporting a variety of income tax functions, including federal and state tax compliance, tax provision computations, and ongoing tax planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant tax experience; public accounting preferred.
• Strong technical foundation in corporate tax and tax provision.
• Proficiency in Excel and tax software (OneSource, Corptax, etc.).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• CPA or CPA-eligible.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax fillings.
• Assist with tax provision calculations and ASC 740 reporting.
• Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Research and interpret tax laws to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and external advisors on tax-related matters.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the tax function.
