Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, is seeking a hands-on Senior Tax Analyst to own day-to-day tax operations across income tax and indirect tax.

You will report to the Senior Director of Tax, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage relationships with outside advisors in a lean, fast-paced environment. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MST preferred.
• 5+ years of tax experience, with exposure to income tax, indirect tax and international tax.
• Experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax department.
• Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with outside tax advisors is a plus.
• Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Avalara).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and/or review federal and state income tax returns, coordinating with outside advisors.
• Support global quarterly and annual tax provision process and tax basis schedules.
• Monitor tax law changes and assess impact on the company.
• Manage tax notices, audits, and communications with authorities.
• Oversee sales and use tax, telecommunications compliance across jurisdictions; assist with VAT/GST matters as applicable.
• Serve as primary contact for outside tax advisors and consultants.
• Maintain the tax compliance calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
