Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a Senior Tax Analyst to join our in-house tax team in McLean, VA. You will drive accuracy and completion of state and local tax processes, support partnership income tax compliance cycles, and collaborate with Finance, AP, Legal, Payroll, and Operations.

The role emphasizes process improvement and strategic tax planning, requiring strong Excel and tax software skills (CCH Axcess, ProSystems) and the ability to synthesize data for cross-functional decisions.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of overall experience in state and local tax, in public accounting or industry.
Integrative thinker with ability to synthesize large information for strategic decisions with data.
Excellent judgment, influencing and communication skills.
High proficiency in Excel and specialized tax software (CCH Axcess and ProSystems preferred).

Mansioni

Managing the accurate preparation and filing of transactional filings, including sales and use tax, property tax, and local gross receipts.
Maintaining the master tax calendar, state/local registrations and tax exemption tracker to guarantee timely filing and risk mitigation.
Identifying opportunities for process automation and supporting tax planning initiatives.
Preparing complex Federal and multi-state partnership income tax returns with accurate state allocations and apportionment.
Managing external tax advisors.
