DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Sr. Tax Analyst, Consol, CIP & Controls, located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or Raritan, NJ.

This role partners with Finance, Accounting and Controls to ensure accurate tax consolidation and reporting, strengthening internal controls during a period of transformation. You will analyze CIP activity for tax purposes, support audits, and drive process improvements while collaborating with global teams to ensure compliance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field required.
• 4–6 years of progressive tax/accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support global tax consolidation and reporting processes, including quarterly and annual tax provision activities.
• Analyze and review CIP activity for proper tax treatment and compliance.
• Maintain tax-related internal controls, including documentation and remediation.
• Prepare tax schedules and reconciliations supporting consolidated financials.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve tax impacts on fixed assets and intercompany transactions.
• Assist audits by providing documentation and responses to inquiries.
• Monitor tax regulation changes and assess impacts to the business.
• Contribute to tax process improvements and automation initiatives.
