Senior Tax Analyst — Fast Growth • Real Balance • Hybrid

Level?up on complex real?estate returns while keeping your weekends. Work directly with partners, prep & review, and move toward Manager.

Your Week

• Prep & first?level review of partnership, S?corp, and individual returns.
• Generate K?1s, track §704(b) capital & partner basis.
• Research issues and draft memos.
• Client-facing: request data, explain variances.
• Mentor juniors; suggest process tweaks—your ideas count.
