TransGrid Energy is hiring a Senior Tax Analyst to support federal, state and local tax compliance, reporting, and planning from Irvine, CA. You will work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
The role requires 4+ years of progressive tax experience; CPA preferred. Strong knowledge of income/franchise, sales and use, gross receipts, and property taxes is essential. Bilingual English/Korean is a plus.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Tax Analyst will support the Company’s tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities with greater involvement in state and local tax and indirect tax compliance. This position will assist with tax filings, workpapers, tax provision support, audits, research, and tax-related projects while working closely with internal teams and external tax advisors. The role will also monitor tax law and regulatory developments, summarize potential business impacts, and support process improvements within the tax function. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative tax team.
