Job summary

CV Resources in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst / Tax Manager to join a lean, high-visibility tax function. This hybrid role offers ownership of ASC 740/tax provision, M&A activity, income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, and external advisor management.

Candidates with CPA and Big 4 experience are preferred but not required. Relocation to Boise is welcome for the right candidate, with the opportunity to work with Finance leadership on strategic tax initiatives in a growing

Qualifications

• Exposure across ASC 740/tax provision, M&A, income tax, sales & use tax, property tax, external advisor management, and strategic business initiatives.

We're seeking a Senior Tax Analyst / Tax Manager to join a growing, PE-backed organization and take meaningful ownership of a lean, highly visible tax function.

This is not a narrow compliance role. You'll gain exposure across ASC 740/tax provision, M&A, income tax, sales & use tax, property tax, external advisor management, and strategic business initiatives.
