Confidential Employer in Cleveland, OH is seeking a motivated Senior Accountant – Tax & Advisory to join our growing team. You will prepare individual and business tax returns, support planning, and provide advisory services to a diverse client base.

This role offers four weeks of vacation, no overtime, and hybrid flexibility after onboarding, enabling four days in the office and one day remote each week while delivering high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree required.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience required.
• Experience with tax preparation, accounting, or advisory services.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with a team.
• CPA license or progress toward certification is a plus, not required.
• Experience managing client relationships or a portfolio of accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with individual and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support tax planning, accounting, and advisory engagements for a diverse client base.
• Build strong client relationships by providing responsive, knowledgeable service.
• Analyze financial information and help clients make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with experienced accounting professionals on complex tax and financial matters.
