Job summary

Andersen Tax is seeking a Senior Associate in Private Client Services to manage and support engagements with sophisticated clients, including some of the wealthiest families and family offices in the US.

Responsibilities include reviewing complex tax returns, engaging in planning and consulting, drafting memoranda, and supervising associates. The role offers training, mentoring, and a path to leadership within PCS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Academic degrees: Bachelor’s, MAcc, MST or JD or equivalent.
• Advanced credential (CPA or JD) preferred or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex tax returns.
• Engage in tax planning and consulting for clients.
• Collaborate with team to research and solve client issues.
• Draft technical tax memoranda.
• Provide updates to clients and supervise staff.
