Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent public accounting experience, including preparation of individual and business tax returns.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex individual, business, and fiduciary income tax returns and related workpapers.
• Review workpapers and tax returns prepared by junior team members.
• Manage assigned projects, deadlines, open items, and client communications.
• Analyze client accounting records and financial statements for tax engagements.
• Perform tax research and support planning engagements.
• Identify issues and opportunities and communicate them to managers and clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and firm initiatives.
