Responsibilities

• Prepare complex business and individual tax returns, projections, and related filings with accuracy and adherence to firm standards.
• Research technical tax issues, develop recommendations, and identify planning opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted day‑to‑day resource delivering high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver practical solutions and manage priorities.
• Review associates' work, provide coaching and mentorship, and foster a learning culture.
