Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our growing tax team in Boston. This role emphasizes individual and fiduciary tax expertise, with leadership and client-management responsibilities.

You will review complex returns, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with management on tax planning, compliance, and business development activities, ensuring high-quality service and timely deliverables for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Minimum 3 years of tax experience
• Utilizes and develops proficient understanding of tax programs and tax software.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees

Responsibilities

• Interact closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting and compliance services in a timely and effective manner
• Provide primary and secondary review of complex tax returns for individual and fiduciary clients
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing expectations, and meeting deadlines
• Work closely with management on client management, professional development and business development activities
• Help develop, train and mentor staff
