Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking an entry-level Tax Staff to join our nationally recognized firm in Boston, MA.

This role offers exposure to individual and fiduciary returns, tax planning projects, and cross-functional collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-focused tax advice. You will gain hands-on experience with tax software, develop technical knowledge, and build client relationships while contributing to a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Accounting
• Tax internship or 1 year of experience in public accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees

The salary for this position is $68,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans. In addition, Wolf offers a wide range of benefits including spot awards, 401(k) savings, flexible work, and a generous total rewards and benefits package.
