Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Lead Tax Administrator for the tax portion of annual audits and provide necessary documentation
• Perform reviews of income and excise tax provisions, tax disclosures, and shareholder tax reporting for assigned funds
• Prepare various tax filings and documentation, including federal and state tax filings, and work with independent auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of four years of experience in mutual fund tax administration, corporate and/or partnership tax, or public accounting
• Master's in Accounting or Tax, or CPA license is a plus
