Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, along with an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software; interactions will be documented for accurate records.
