Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is assisting a fast-growing CPA firm in finding a Senior Tax Accountant with 1–3 years of public accounting experience. The role focuses on tax compliance and advisory services in a remote setting and is open to candidates nationwide.

You will prepare and review returns, assist with planning, and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging UltraTax and QuickBooks. CPA progress or CPA license is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business is required.
• CPA license preferred; progress on CPA exam will be considered.
• 1–3 years of public accounting experience, with 1–2 busy seasons.
• Master’s in Taxation is a plus.
• Proficiency in UltraTax and QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
