Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/related field and 5 years post-bachelor experience; OR Master's degree and 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with tax guidance and planning by identifying problem areas and items in tax returns, tax research, tax accounting, and tax projects.
• Analyze implementation of new tax laws and tax methods of accounting, as well as tax calculations for compliance.
• Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds and deliver quality client services.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and networks; cultivate business development opportunities.
• Prepare complex financial closings, tax compliance filings, and other business analyses.
