Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax experience with hands-on prep and review.
• Experience with individual and business returns.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Comfortable in a small-firm setting and self-directed yet collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns.
• Provide accounting and light advisory/consulting support.
• Collaborate with a small team including administrative support.
• Help manage workload through peak season and year-round needs.
