Wipfli is seeking a skilled tax professional to lead and coordinate tax compliance and advisory work for diverse clients in a hybrid work arrangement. This role focuses on Federal and Multi-State Partnership taxation, engagement planning, and building lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in accounting, CPA certification (or progress toward), at least 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability within public accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• CPA certification preferred or in progress.
• At least 3 years of job-related experience.
• Subject matter leader in accounting/tax services.
• Management or mentoring experience with staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate tax compliance and advisory work for clients.
• Review Federal and Multi-State Partnership tax returns.
• Lead day-to-day client relationships and support partners with service execution.
• Consult on technical matters and special projects.
• Build relationships with clients to provide superior service.
• Participate in business development with partners and marketing.
• Manage, train, and develop staff and participate in performance reviews.
