Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong accounting skills and experience reviewing financial statements.
• Knowledge of journal entries, general ledger, AP/AR, and other general accounting/finance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze financial records and general ledgers.
• Compile and review financial statements.
• Assist with banking and client financial relationships.
• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Ensure the preparation of thorough and accurate workpapers.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and profitability.
• Support the evaluation and selection of accounting software.
• Design and implement accounting systems and process improvements.
