Responsibilities

• Manage a group of client relationships by responding to their questions, meeting with them throughout the year, and helping them with tax planning and other accounting/advisory needs
• Tax return preparation for some simple and some more complicated returns
• Initial review support on simple tax returns prepared by staff level team members
• Prepare tax plan documents and use tax planning software to identify most ideal tax planning strategies, for Tax Manager to deliver tax plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 3+ years of tax experience working with small business owners
• CPA or EA license strongly preferred
• A servant’s heart and positive attitude for helping business owners understand the tax side of their businesses
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• The desire to work with an outstanding team
