Salary: $80k-$110k DOE + Annual Performance Bonuses

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Tax Accountant to prepare and review complex tax returns, provide tax planning strategies, and contribute to client success across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and professional services. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to work closely with leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review individual, business, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
  • Conduct tax research and planning to maximize client benefits.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide responsive communication.
  • Support junior staff through mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Stay informed on tax law changes and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license or in-progress (preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of tax experience in public accounting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
