Senior Tax Accountant

Location: In Office – DFW Area, Flower Mound, Texas

$70,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on the level of relevant experience. Plus, incentives.

What Makes Us Unique

At Williams & Kunkel CPAs, we are no longer just a compliance-only firm. Instead, we offer a new service called Tax Advisory Service (TAS).

Our firm works with realtors, independent contractors, and professional service providers who have been overpaying their taxes. We properly plan for their taxes throughout the year and showcase real tax savings when we deliver their return.

So, what goes into tax advisory services? We focus on minimizing taxes by implementing some very basic tax reduction strategies.

Because we add tangible value to our clients through proactive tax planning, we have clients who are happy to pay for the excellent service and the ROI we bring in the form of tax savings.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• 1-3 years in public accounting or federal income tax preparation experience.
• A Business, Finance, or Accounting Degree is preferred.
• Good people skills and the ability to interface with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and a burning desire to help people save taxes and improve their financial future.
• A strong drive for personal and professional growth.

Schedule: 8-5 Monday-Friday with some overtime only during heavy tax seasons.
