Leoforce is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant in Basalt, CO. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, partnering with clients to answer questions, and ensuring compliance through meticulous financial analysis.

You will leverage modern tax software and AI tools to boost efficiency while collaborating with leadership to improve processes and deliver exceptional service. The position targets a mid-level professional with 3+ years of tax experience, and CPA/EA

Competenze

• 3+ years of tax preparation experience.
• Experience preparing business tax returns for partnerships and corporations.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• CPA, EA, or active pursuit of certification preferred.
• Experience with Lacerte or similar tax software preferred.
• Exposure to construction, real estate, or closely held business clients is a plus.
• Comfortable utilizing emerging technologies and AI-driven tools.
