Job summary

VTG seeks a Targeting Officer - Level 3 to support challenging operational requirements across multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The role involves intelligence operations, technical research, analysis, and report delivery within an integrated government-contractor team.

The candidate will draft reports, develop operational concepts, engage stakeholders, and present complex findings to customer management, requiring strong briefing skills and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-12 years of applicable experience.
• TS/SCI with poly clearance.
• Cable writing experience.
• Ability to identify and assess correct entities and vulnerabilities for new collection operations.
• Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings.
• Strong analytic, research, and investigative skills with ops sense and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support cutting-edge intelligence operations using specialized tools.
• Conduct technical research using customer tools and perform analysis.
• Write reports and develop operational concepts; engage stakeholders and present reports to management.
