Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Systems Analyst to maximize the value of enterprise systems by evaluating business needs and translating them into system enhancements and reporting solutions.

You will partner with business and technology teams to improve data accuracy, processes, and user experience. This senior role provides subject-matter expertise and guidance to enable scalable operations. You will report to the Director, TA Operational Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS or related field.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS tools including SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery to understand business needs and ensure system solutions support goals.
• Analyze system data and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for configuration and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve data or system issues.
• Coordinate with HRIS team on Talent Acquisition system design and configuration.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure enhancements meet requirements.
• Create and update documentation and training materials.
