Edison Scientific builds and deploys AI scientist agents to accelerate science and drug discovery. We are seeking a recruiter who will own the top of the funnel for AI, engineering, and science roles, build warm pipelines before roles open, and run high-volume, high-quality candidate screens.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sourcing or recruiting with outbound emphasis, are organized, metric-driven, and entrepreneurial, and can convert passive candidates into engaged applicants.
