Job Description: The Senior Talent Producer shows leadership within the Talent Production group while working alongside production colleagues to proactively pitch, book guests and manage talent relationships across ESPN and Disney platforms over an extended period of time. Collaborating with the Senior Director, Director and other colleagues, the Senior Talent Producer will develop and maintain exceptional internal and external relationships in order to provide the most timely, impactful guests, forecast show needs and react to breaking news. Responsible for influencing content through curated, compelling guest and story ideas.

The hiring range for this remote position is $100,100 to $134,200 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
