IES Communications in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own the Americas Workforce Academy and the temp-to-perm programs end-to-end. You will lead a team of Temp and Temp-to-Perm Staffing Assistants, manage 50-100 hires per month, and partner with Recruiting Operations on CXM rollouts and our Talent Playbook.
The role requires strong organizational skills, experience leading a high-volume program, and bilingual English/Spanish communications.
