In this strategic, high-impact role, you’ll design and scale professional and leadership development experiences that build capability, inspire growth, and strengthen our future leadership pipeline across the globe.

What You’ll Do

Design leadership and professional learning programsthat develop core skills and capabilities across all levels of the organization.

Partner with senior leaders and SMEsto assess skill needs and co-create learning experiences that support business strategy.

Lead our learning technology evolution, driving selection and implementation of a new Learning Management System to enable scalable, high-impact learning.

Build a culture of continuous learning, coaching leaders and establishing networks that champion professional growth.

Measure and optimize impact, using data and insights to refine programs and strengthen our leadership pipeline.

What You Bring

7–10 years inlearning and talent development, including experience in global or matrixed organizations (ideally tech or SaaS).

Proven expertise incurriculum design, learning strategy, and program management.

Strong knowledge ofLMS/LXP systemsand experience leading system selection or rollout projects.

Exceptionalfacilitation, communication, and stakeholder managementskills with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Hands‑on knowledge ofmodern learning tools, instructional design software, and current trends (e.g. AI in learning, adaptive journeys, cohort‑based programs).

A degree inHR, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, or a related field(Master’s preferred).

Fluent English; other European languages a plus.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non‑sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities.
