The Role
At Inspira Education Group , we recognize that our people are our greatest asset, and we are excited to grow our team! We are on the lookout for an exceptional full-cycle Senior Talentand HR Business Partner to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. As in-house recruiter and HR lead, you'll work directly with our founders to build a high-performance team that will define the future of our Series A ed-tech startup. This is more than just a recruiting and HR role. You'll be shaping how we hire, who we hire, and the culture we build. You’ll be responsible for bringing in functional heads and key leaders as we scale, leaving behind a lasting mark on the company. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of specialized experience in recruitment and HR and will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ultimately securing top-tier talent. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of attracting and retaining exceptional individuals who will drive our organization forward.

Qualifications
What we look for
The targeted pay range for this role is: $100,000-$130,000 (including performance bonus). Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team and geographic location. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at the offer. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.

We are in a strong growth phase, and to meet demand, we plan to double the size of our team in the next few months. We are looking for someone with super high energy and the ability to manage multiple open roles (10-12 screening calls/day), along with HR responsibilities and a team of sourcers. This would be a great fit for someone who is looking to roll up their sleeves and be a part of a rocketship, but unfortunately, may not be a great fit for someone looking for an 8-5 opportunity.Knowing this, is this something of an interest to you?
