Responsabilités

• Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates.
• Intake Meetings: Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to promote understanding of the recruitment process and provide updates on pipelines.
