As a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, you’ll proactively source, identify and assess best-in-class external talent, hiring strong talent and leaders who can help us deliver an exceptional client and employee experience. You will support the Private Wealth and Private Banking business units and play a strategic role by developing talent attraction strategies, sourcing plans, and actively recruiting high quality passive candidates with a focus on client facing roles. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days can be remote.

Your background includes proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, along with practical knowledge of various sourcing techniques like leveraging social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings. Proficiency in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) such as Workday, and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) is second nature to you. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively represent our company and available positions to potential candidates. You act like an owner. At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 for the Chicago, IL market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
