Job summary

• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and delivery for mid-to-experienced professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners and stakeholders to build recruiting strategies and support hiring decisions.
• Attract and engage diverse talent using LinkedIn, CRM, ATS and other tools.
• Provide expert guidance on candidate selection and interview best practices.
• Manage candidate communications to maintain engagement and timely updates.
