Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, assess, and hire talent that will shape our global business. You will partner with hiring leaders across functions to understand needs, build sourcing strategies, and drive an inclusive candidate experience from first talk to offer.

Based in Poland, you will support distributed teams across time zones, guide hiring plans, and champion ABC’s culture while delivering strong hiring outcomes and employer branding in the market.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner — Poland

OVERVIEW

ABC Fitness is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help attract, assess, and hire the talent that will shape the next chapter of our global business. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring leaders across functions to understand business needs, build effective sourcing strategies, guide inclusive hiring practices, and create a strong candidate experience from first conversation through offer.

This role is based in Poland and will support hiring across distributed teams and time zones. You will bring strong full-cycle recruiting expertise, sound judgment, and a consultative approach to help ABC hire the right talent for the right roles while strengthening our employer brand in the market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer, close, and onboarding handoff.

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to clarify role requirements, calibrate talent profiles, and build practical hiring plans.

• Develop sourcing strategies that attract qualified active and passive candidates across local, regional, and global talent markets.

• Manage a requisition load with discipline, balancing speed, quality, candidate experience, and hiring-team accountability.

• Use recruiting data, market insight, and funnel metrics to identify risks, improve process quality, and advise leaders on hiring trade-offs.

• Build strong candidate relationships and represent ABC’s culture, mission, and opportunity with clarity and authenticity.

• Support structured, inclusive interview practices that help teams make fair, consistent, and well-documented hiring decisions.

• Contribute to talent acquisition projects, process improvements, employer brand activity, and recruiting programs as needed.
  

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting corporate, technology, product, commercial, or global business roles.

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to shape role requirements, define must-have criteria, and manage hiring processes.

• Strong sourcing capability, including Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining high-quality follow-through and attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide candidates through decisions.

• Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential hiring, compensation, and candidate information.

• Comfort working in a distributed, global environment with stakeholders across different locations and time zones.

• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, and candidate relationship management practices.
  

AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE

• Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, fitness, payments, product, engineering, data, or AI-enabled businesses.

• Experience using Workday or similar enterprise HR/recruiting systems.

• Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools, sourcing automation, talent intelligence platforms, or AI-assisted productivity workflows.

• Experience supporting hiring in Poland or broader European talent markets.

• Experience contributing to employer branding, talent events, or recruiting process improvement initiatives.

ABC Fitness is a leading provider of software and related services for the fitness industry, helping clubs and fitness businesses operate more effectively and deliver strong member experiences.

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -

120,000-150,000 PLN- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
