About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and creative recruiter to contribute to our success by attracting qualified and diverse talent.

This role is based in Austin with a hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

About the Team

The People Team at Auctane supports employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, talent management, benefits, HRIS, compensation, workers' compensation, performance management, learning and development, and projects. We work collaboratively to ensure a positive employee experience aligned with our organizational values.

Responsibilities

1. Recruit and hire top corporate talent efficiently and effectively.
2. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with management and stakeholders.
3. Provide a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.
4. Communicate effectively across all levels of management.

Qualifications

1. 7-10 years of recruitment experience.
2. Preferred: 3+ years in technical, executive, or agency recruiting in a high-growth environment.
3. Creative candidate sourcing strategies.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to adapt to changing needs.

Preferred Attributes

• Strong LinkedIn presence and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse.
• Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated approach.
