CNA Insurance in Chicago seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full lifecycle recruiting for the Claims business unit. You will own sourcing, candidate evaluation, and offers, partnering with business leaders and HR to fill roles at all levels, including officer roles, within the region.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is a full life cycle recruiter and individual contributor who will support the Claims business unit. Recognized as a subject matter expert in recruitment, this professional manages all phases of the recruitment process—from developing sourcing strategies and identifying candidates to extending and negotiating offers—while partnering closely with both the business and HR business partners. Their strong sourcing and consultative skills enable them to effectively fill positions at all levels, including officer roles, within the assigned region or business units.
Reporting Relationship Director or above
Bachelors degree, in a related discipline, or equivalent. Typically a minimum of seven years recruiting experience in either a corporate or agency setting. Commercial Insurance experience a plus.

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
