You will drive proactive sourcing, partner with hiring managers, and elevate the candidate experience from outreach through offer.

You will join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team dedicated to supporting Hightower’s national hiring needs. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll work alongside experienced recruiters and HR partners who are committed to delivering an exceptional hiring experience. As a senior member of the team, you will take on greater ownership of complex searches, drive sourcing strategy, and play a key role in shaping how Hightower attracts top talent across both our Home Office and Advisor teams.
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will serve as a strategic recruiting partner responsible for leading full‑cycle recruitment efforts with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing. You will manage high‑priority and hard‑to‑fill roles, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and elevate the candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance. Your expertise in talent research, market insights, and relationship‑building will directly support Hightower’s ambitious growth objectives.
