Astrion is seeking a Senior Tactical Data Link Test Engineer at Eglin AFB, FL to lead planning, execution, and reporting of tactical data link testing for the TMAS 2 96 CTG Task Order. This role requires a strong engineering background in TDL, test planning, and data analysis, with DoD experience and a Secret clearance.

You will travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25% and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality test results for the USAF TDL development program.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Master’s degree in a technical field with 10+ years of experience; additional experience may substitute education.
• U.S. citizenship with Secret clearance (interim Secret required before start).
• Strong background in electrical/mechanical/aerospace or systems engineering related to TDL, data-link radios, RF/Wave propagation, and networking.
• Ability to lead/test teams, develop and execute test scripts, collect data, and report results.

Aufgaben

• Serve as test lead for planning, execution, and reporting of TD L testing within TGBC program.
• Design, coordinate and document test equipment architectures to meet information-exchange requirements.
• Author and review program documentation including test plans, data-analysis plans, and formal reports.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites as required and support additional TGBC test activities.
