Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Connecticut is looking for a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in Tableau, SQL/T-SQL, and ETL/ELT solutions, along with strong communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities include developing Tableau dashboards, optimizing SQL performance, and supporting data migration efforts. This position requires local candidates only with a mandatory hybrid onsite presence, contributing to government and large enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall IT experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Tableau.
• 5+ years writing complex SQL / T-SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions using SSIS and Talend.
• Create and optimize complex SQL / T-SQL queries, SSRS reports, and stored procedures.
• Support data migration and integration from legacy systems.
• Optimize SSIS package and SQL performance.
