Job summary

Info Origin Inc is seeking a mid to senior BI/Tableau Administrator to manage Tableau Cloud administration, ensure reliability of reporting services, and troubleshoot Azure SQL and MuleSoft RTf integrations. The role requires strong SQL skills, Salesforce data knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position is contract-based in Hartford, CT with a hybrid work mode. Candidates should have 5+ years of BI/Tableau experience and be capable of supporting enterprise reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI/Tableau administration and analytics platforms.
• Experience with Tableau Cloud administration and support.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Azure SQL Database.

Responsibilities

• Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security.
• Monitor platform health, extracts, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs.
• Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, and reporting issues.
• Support report developers, analysts, and business users.
• Deploy and Promote Reports to different environments.
• Support Azure SQL Database environments used for enterprise reporting.
• Investigate reporting data issues and perform data validation activities.
• Monitor database connectivity, query performance, and data refresh processes.
• Assist with SQL/SOQL troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Monitor and support Azure Data Factory pipelines that load data into Azure SQL Database.
• Troubleshoot data load failures and data quality issues.
• Assist in identifying root causes of integration and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams during incident resolution and deployments.
• Support MuleSoft Runtime Fabric environments and integrations impacting reporting platforms.
