Job summary

LRS Consulting Services in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Tableau Solutions Architect to lead enterprise analytics strategy and oversee Tableau implementations across government stakeholders, engineers, and cybersecurity teams.

This hybrid, direct-hire role requires 8+ years in solution or platform architecture, strong Tableau expertise, security awareness, and ability to deliver scalable, governance-driven analytics platforms.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical leadership or enterprise analytics experience.
Strong hands-on Tableau implementation, configuration, development, and lifecycle management.
Experience designing secure, scalable Tableau solutions with minimal customization.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain target architecture, standards, roadmaps, and governance for Tableau solutions.
Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, document, and support Tableau capabilities across environments.
Create executive-ready dashboards, govern data sources, and optimize performance of workbooks.
Translate business, security, accessibility, and operational requirements into scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to teams across multiple disciplines.
Maintain architecture documentation, runbooks, and implementation guides.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, and operations to ensure regulatory alignment.
