Job summary

The Hill Group is seeking a Senior TAB Project Manager to oversee TAB projects from estimating through bid and project management. You will interact with customers and on-site teams to ensure scope and milestones are met, with regular coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, field foremen, and startup technicians, managing site information, and ensuring timely delivery of balancing reports and final documentation.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience working for a mechanical contractor.
• Knowledge of mechanical and control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer ability including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Contact the customer during the bid process to obtain due date, drawings, and job requirements.
• Review submittals, specifications, and prints to determine the scope of work.
• Estimate testing and balancing hours required for project completion.
• Gather site information including contacts, prints, parking requirements, and site address.
• Prepare balancing reports for upcoming jobs.
• Send RFIs for data discrepancies and coordinate start meetings.
