Job summary

Shield AI is seeking an experienced Senior PX Program Manager to lead Talent Acquisition programs and PX initiatives. You will partner with TA leaders, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable programs, operating models, and implementation plans.

This role requires deep expertise in program management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on high-volume people functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex programs within Talent Acquisition, HR, People Operations, or related environment.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth organization.
• Strong program and project management, governance, risk, and performance measurement skills.
• Experience understanding end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and needs of candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA and PX program delivery, optimization, adoption, and continuous improvement of strategic TA programs and PX initiatives.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and success measures.
• Translate strategic hiring priorities into actionable roadmaps and operating models.
• Establish governance, reporting, and performance measures for TA and PX programs.
• Drive adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
